Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned list of B.T. Assistants published by the 5th respondent dt 28.2.2009 quash the same in so far as it seeks to promote such of those B.T. Assistants who were appointed on part time basis on consolidated pay and regularized retrospectively from 1.1.2006 and consequently for a direction directing the respondents to promote the petitioners herein as Headmasters of Middle school based on the seniority.
