Prayer:- Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to register the criminal case based on complaint dated 08.01.2015, 6.2.2015, 7.1.2015, 3.1.2015, 7.1.2015 and 8.1.2015 respectively and the reminder dated 24.04.2015 given by the petitioners to the respondent police.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaints given by the petitioners are under enquiry, but the petitioners are not co-operating.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
