This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent to register a case against the accused persons on the complaint given by the petitioner herein and her friend S.Gomathi to the first respondent on 05.02.2014.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that no complaint is pending with the third respondent Police.
