Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose the appeal complaint dated 26.08.2022 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to dispose the appeal dated 26.08.2022 filed by the petitioner, as against the order of the District Registrar/third respondent, transferring the settlement deed executed by the father of the petitioner.

Though the impugned order is not subject matter of the writ petition, on perusal of impugned order, it indicates that the power vested with the registering authority with a noble cause, to prevent fraud and fraudulent transaction, has been misused to annul the ordinary transactions among the family members. 2/4

In such view of the matter, the second respondent is directed to dispose the appeal dated 26.08.2022, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
