Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned panel issued by the Third Respondent dated 05.09.2017 and the impugned order of 1/4
the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1184/Aa5/2017 dated 06.09.2017 and quash the same and direct the respondents (1) to (3) to promote the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Science) in the place of the fourth respondent with effect from the date of promotion of the fourth respondent and grant him all consequential benefits.
