issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 14.05.2015 in No.13/ PSWB/ CEO/2015 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same; consequentially direct the respondents 1 and 2 to hold General Body Meeting of Waqf Institution viz. Mohideen Abdul Kadir Jeelani Andagai Jamia Masjid, T.R.Pattinam in Karaikkal District in Puducherry Union Territory, to elect the members of its Management Committee, by ballot, within a reasonable period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
