Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 06.03.2019 to provide Patta for the lands to an extents of 50 Sq.Meter in Survey No.163/8 and 123 Sq.Meter in Survey No.163/10 situated at Rangappanur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has moved the respondent with his representation dated 06.03.2019 for issuance of patta with respect to the land in Survey Nos.163/8 & 163/10 in Rangappanur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondent and made a statement on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 27.02.2021 at 11.00 a.m. at the office of the respondent/Tahsildar.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
