Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.059077/Gz/E1/2008 dated 18.3.2009 and the records of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2294/A1/2008 dated 22.09.2008 and quash the respective orders and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant accord to the petitioner for the 3rd respondent's removal from service.

School Committee has passed a resolution dated 11.08.2018 to drop the disciplinary proceedings against the 3rd respondent by admonishing him. Therefore, nothing survives in the matter. 2.
Recording the same, permission is granted.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
