ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the unauthorised construction has been removed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that with respect to the removal of the unauthorised construction, Sub Application No.160 of 2019 has been filed by the second respondent contending to the contrary. 3.Inasmuch as order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28987 of 2017 dated 14.11.2017 has been complied with, we do not wish to go into the contrary allegations and the contempt petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if he is otherwise aggrieved.
