JUDGMENT

The parties have entered into a compromise and today, a Memorandum of Compromise dated 22.12.2022 signed by the parties and counter signed by their respective counsels was filed.

2. The parties have also been present before this Court and submitted that they have signed the compromise comprehending the contents. The Memorandum of Compromise was taken on file.

3. The second Appeal is decreed in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 22.12.2022. The terms of compromise shall form part of the Decree.
