O R D E R

The petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.129 of 2020 from the file of the Sub Court, Tindivanam and transfer the same to the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.341 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that he has already filed a memo stating that the respondent intends to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.129 of 2020 filed for restitution of conjugal rights now pending before the Sub-Court, Tindivanam. Further, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that even if the compromise has not been arrived, then also, the respondent has decided to withdraw the petition.

3. In view of the fact that the respondent undertook that he will withdraw H.M.O.P.No.129 of 2020, no further order is required and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
