Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to grant waive of the agricultural loan granted by the respondents to M/s.Lingeshwara Poultry Farm of which the petitioner is the sole proprietor in terms of agricultural debt waiver and debt relief scheme, 2008.

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more and hence, liberty may be granted to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for the relief sought for herein.
2. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
