ORDER

This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax condition imposed in Para No.7(iii) of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.16607 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1133 of 2023 by order dated 30.01.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr. M.V.Ramachandramurthy, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Para No.7(iii) of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.16607 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1133 of 2023 by order dated 30.01.2026 is modified, and the petitioner is directed to appear once in three months before the trial Court until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 18.02.2026 bkn
