ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The writ petitioner has filed the present contempt petition to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14477/2014 dated 05.06.2014.
2. When the matter was listed hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, the State Level Scrutiny Committee-II, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Departent, Secretariat, Chennai had considered the genuineness of the community certificate issued in favour of Thiru R.Vasu, s/o Ramasamy (petitioner herein) and found that he belongs to Hindu
Kattunayakan Community and hence, the community certificate issued to him is genuine. In this regard, the above said State Level Scrutiny Committee has also issued a proceedings No.12437/CV-3(1)/2015-12 dated 04.01.2022 and the same is placed before this Court.
