ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his wife in the name of enquiry.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.56/2022 and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
