This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to demolish the additional construction carried on by the 4th respondent in Door No.H 21 and the vacant land around in Vaigai Street, Besant Nagar, Chennai - 600 090.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died during the pendency of the writ petition and that the property has since been sold. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is seen that nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.
