This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18045 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.26740 of 2022 on 30.11.2022 to report before the respondent everyday at 10.30a.m for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
