O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate legal action as against respondent Nos. 3 and 4 based on the petitioner representation dated 26.06.2024 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent/ Inspector of Police, K-1, Police Station, Perambur Sembium, Perambur, to issue notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4 and conduct an

enquiry and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.06.2024 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
