The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Trial Court had acquitted the petitioner. However, on appeal filed by the legal heirs of the defacto complainant, the Appellate Court had reversed the finding of acquittal. He would submit that cheque amount is Rs.1,30,000/- and the Trial Court while convicting the petitioner, had sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.2,60,000/- and directed that the amount shall be paid as compensation to the appellant/respondent herein and also directed the fine amount to be paid before the Trial Court within a period of two months.

Notice to the respondents returnable by four weeks. The petitioner is directed to take private notice on the respondents. Post the matter after four weeks.
