ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the enquiry notice issued by the first respondent, directing the parties to appear for enquiry on 25.07.2009.

2. It seems that the first respondent after conducting enquiry passed final orders on 09.09.2009. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infrucutous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
