Jainathullah Sahib in respect of his property in S.No.120/1A1A, an extent of 1500 sq.ft., situated at Boganapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on his application dated 12.06.2014 within a stipulated time.

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey and issue separate patta in the name of petitioner viz., P.A.K. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Jainathullah Sahib in respect of his property in S.No.120/1A1A, measuring to an extent of 1500 sq.ft., situated at Boganapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, based on his application dated 12.06.2014 within a stipulated time.

2. While pending the writ petition, the petitioner was issued separate patta under Patta No.3041. In so far as survey is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

3. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
