This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23394 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the final report has been filed.

3.Considering the said submission and the final report has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
