This writ petition has been filed against the appointment of the sixth respondent in the fifth respondent school. When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the sixth respondent has been transferred to some other school and hence nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition for adjudication. 2.Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
