(through video conference) The Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that the order dated 26.08.2020 in W.P. No. 10761 of 2020 has not been complied. 2.

Mr. Haroon Al Rasheed, Learned Counsel, who takes notice for the Respondents, states that the Petitioner had submitted the representation only on 21.11.2020 beyond the period granted by this Court for submitting necessary application, but the Second Respondent had considered the representation of the Petitioner and has ultimately passed Order in Lr. No. 009350/Adm1/ A2/F.COURT CASE/2021 dated 26.02.2021 and a copy of the same has been produced. Though Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contends that he is not aware whether or not the Petitioner has been served with the copy of the aforesaid order by the Respondents, he now acknowledges receipt of a copy of the same from the Learned Counsel for the Respondents. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Contempt Petition. It is needless to add here that if the Petitioner still has any grievance, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 2/3
