ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) When the writ petition came up for hearing on 16.09.2022, 20.09.2022, none appeared for the petitioner. Again, when the matter was listed on 21.09.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 22.09.2022 under the caption " for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
