2. Learned counsel for the 5th defendant has submitted that the defendants 2 to 4 and 10 are dead and he has filed a memo to that effect. He further submitted that the plaintiffs 1 and 2 are also died.

4. In view of the above, for taking steps, post this suit on 05.02.2024.
