Kalyanasundaram aged about 36 years resident of Razaak Naga,r Ruthirasolai, Ramjan Thaikkal, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District now confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore District as per the order of the 2nd respondent U/s 14/82 before this court and call for the records relating to the order of detention C3/D.O/24/2018 dated, 23/05/2018 passed by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and also to direct the detenu Viji, M/A 36 years, S/O.Kalyanasundaram, who is presently detained in the Central Prison, Cuddalore, to be produced before this Hon'ble court and set at liberty.
