Respondent in W.P.No.10973/2006 PRAYER in W.P.No.41986/2006: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus seeking for direction against the respondents herein calling for all the records relating to the impugned order Ref No. Nil dated 20.06.2006 passed by the second respondent and quash the said order dated 20.06.2006 and consequently direct the respondents to refund the amounts already deducted from the petitioner's salary pursuant to the orders dated 25.05.2001 and 20.06.2006 from September, 2005.

PRAYER in W.P.No.10973/2006: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus seeking for direction against the respondents herein calling for all the records relating to petitioner's application dated 26.12.2000 submitted to go on voluntary retirement under Voluntary Retirement Scheme-2000 and quash the order dated 11.07.2001 passed by the second respondent rejecting petitioner's VRS application and direct the respondents to permit me to go on voluntary retirement under VRS-2000 scheme based on petitioner's application dated 26.12.2000.

Even today, (11.11.2020) there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel on record. Hence, the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
