The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Ref: Na.Ka.No:3303/2008/A-3 dated 22.08.2008.

3.In view of the demise of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2008 is also dismissed.
