The learned counsel appearing for both parties would submit that the matter may be referred to mediation for settlement between the parties. He would further submit that the case is posted for hearing on 25.04.2018 before the Trial Court. Both the parties are directed to appear before the trial Court on 25/04/2018.

2. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The mediator is directed to complete the mediation proceedings within one month and also submit a report before the trial Judge. After receiving the mediation report submitted by the mediator, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the main case in accordance with law and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.04.2018 ub Note: Issue order copy on 24.04.2018.
