ORDER

The petitioner. who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(1) of BNS Act r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1987 in Crime No. 182 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondent police went to the scene of occurrence and found that the petitioner had illegally quarried three units of savudu sand and transported the same by using lorry. Hence, the case.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25939 of 2025 by order dated 22.09.2025 on the ground that the petitioner had illegally quarried and transported sand from the lake and that the investigation in this case had not yet been concluded. Considering that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 28-01-2026 drl
