patta No.861 in respect of Punja lands S.No.102/9B - 0.77 Hectares, S.No.103/1 - 63.00 Hectares S.No.103/8 - 0.13.00 Hectares total 2.52.00 Hectares situated in Adi Annamalai Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk District.

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of first respondent in his proceedings Ref.D.Dis.K3/1805/08 dated 14.08.2008 signed on 25.08.2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue patta as per proceedings of the 4th respondent in his proceeding No.17716/06 dated 13.11.2006 in patta No.861 in respect of Punja lands S.No.102/9B - 0.77 Hectares, S.No.103/1 - 63.00 Hectares S.No.103/8 - 0.13.00 Hectares total 2.52.00 Hectares situated in Adi Annamalai Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the second appeal in S.A.No.9 of 1996 the sixth respondent is added as one of the respondent. Therefore, subject to the result of the second appeal in S.A.No.9 of 1996 the parties are at liberty to workout the remedy before the Revenue Officials.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2008 is closed.
