ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of time for passing the award by the sole arbitrator in the arbitration proceedings.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that arbitration proceedings is now at the stage of passing of award.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate for a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
