ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.N.Nithianandam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 10, 12, Mr.R.Rajarajan, learned counsel for respondent No.11, Mr.T.S.Sundaram, learned counsel for respondent No.13, Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned counsel for respondent No.14.

2. The writ petition is filed seeking a direction against the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner within a time-frame and to pass further orders.

3. Affidavit is filed by respondent No.7. It is stated that since 2016-17, the State Advised Price has been stopped and from 2017-18 onwards Fair and Remunerative Price as announced by the Government is paid to the farmers. The same is fully paid and settled. No more State Advised Price due is pending as on date.

4. In view of the status report filed by respondent No.7, no further orders can be passed in the matter. The writ petition as such, is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

5. If an individual has any grievance, he could approach the State Government in that regard.
