Mr.Sathish Parasaran, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions would submit that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ miscellaneous petitions with liberty to file separate writ petition challenging the orders, which have been noted as impugned order as an additional prayer in the main writ petition i.e., W.P.No.34363 of 2022.
2. Recording the said submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner these writ miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
Post the main writ petition for hearing on 23.02.2023. 16.02.2023 mp Note: Registry is directed to return back the original impugned orders filed along with the said writ miscellaneous petitions after getting due acknowledgment from the counsel on record.
