The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner without prejudice to his rights, is willing to pay the relevant composite value fixed by the third respondent in order to enable the document to be registered which will be subject to final result in the writ petition.

2. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to pay the composite value fixed by the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent 2/4

shall register the document and release the same. The said payment is without prejudice to rights of the petitioner and it will be subject to the final result of the writ petition.

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
