Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of the impugned order issued by the second respondent vide his proceedings in RC.No.2053/B2/05 dated 14.07.2006 in so far as the clause of demanding the payment of Rs.3,500/- per student in the Government account is concerned and quash the same and direct the respondents not to demand any admission fee collected by the petitioner institute from the students admitted in Diploma in Teacher Education course for the remittance of the same in the Government Account.
