When the writ petition came up for hearing on 16.11.2022, it was represented that change of Vakalat has been given to the petitioners. Therefore, Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioners and post the matter on 22.11.2022. On 22.11.2022, though the name of the petitioners was printed in the cause list, none appeared for the petitioners. Therefore, the Registry was directed to post the writ petition under the caption 'for dismissal' on 23.11.2022. Even today, when the writ petition is called, there is no representation for the petitioners either in person or through counsel. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
