2. The said writ petition was dismissed for default on 15.2.2016 at the admission stage itself. Hence, I am of the opinion, there is no need for this Court to issue notice to the respondents in this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and W.P.No.4693 of 2016 is restored to file.
