This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. The leaned counsel for the petitioner submitted that 7th respondent died and the respondents 1 to 3 are his legal heirs.

Mr.Adinarayana Roa, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondents.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal if it is otherwise in order and post the Second Appeal on 28.02.2020.
