The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.34 of 2025, pending on the file of the second respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in C2026007, before the leaned Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor, on 22.01.2026.
