O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent from filling up the post of Junior Assistant (Aerobridge) pursuant to the Advertisement dated 09.12.2006 in the Employment News, New Delhi Edition, dated 9-15 December 2006, until the petitioners are absorbed with all attendant benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Airports Authority of India submitted that the writ petition was filed in regard to the appointment of Aerobridge operators and this Court had granted interim order dated 21.09.2005 to go head with the selection process but subject to the outcome of the result of the I.D.No.381 of 2004. He further submitted that a docket order dated 26.09.2006 has been passed in I.D.No.381 of 2004 in favour of the respondent and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition and this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 10.02.2023 dpq (1/3) Index :
