Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the joint representation of the petitioner and others dated 11.3.2024 and 16.01.2025 and pass necessary orders for the removal of the encroachment of the public road situated in Survey No.149-1 to 17, Kavarkalpatty Merku Kadu, Senrayanpalayam (Po), Vazhapadi (Tk)-636 111, Salem District and peaceful use of the said road by the general public without any obstruction from respondents 5 and 6.

ORDER

2. The prayer in this petition is to dispose petitioner's representations dated 11 th March, 2024 and 16 th January, 2025.

3. Shri Prabakar states that steps have already been taken and survey was conducted and notices have also been issued to the encroachers under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
