There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. However, Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor informed that C.C.No.159 of 2009 had progressed considerably and is now posted on 30.09.2021 for examining the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., and the matter is now pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram. Let the learned Judicial Magistrate deliver judgment on the basis of evidence already recorded and also on the basis of explanation to be given by the accused, during the examination under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.
