This Petition has been filed to substitute the legal representatives of the writ petitioner, who unfortunately died on 25.02.2021. The petitioners are the widow and children of the writ petitioner. 2.

In view of the fact that the right to prosecute the issues raised in the Writ Petition continues, it would only be appropriate that the petitioners herein are substituted in place of the petitioner to further continue with the Writ Petition. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 3.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the Writ Petition reflecting the death of the petitioner and substitute in his place his legal representatives as stated in W.M.P.No. 2167 of 2022.
