Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records comprised in the Show cause notice issued by the 1st respondent bearing Na.Ka.U2.No.28479/2008 dated 22.07.2009 and quash the same and consequently issue a Mandamus forbearing the respondents, their men, agents, subordinates, servants or anyone acting under them from not to in any manner interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the properties belonged to the petitioner situate at Old No.8/2, New No.61/4, measuring about 3 acres in Burliar Village, Coonoor Taluk, Nilgiris District other than by invoking the due process of law.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the Writ petition, the petitioner executed a Gift deed in favour of the Government and hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
