2. It had been stated in the affidavit that notice had been taken to the address in the claim petition and it had been returned as incorrect address. It is also impossible to get the correct address.

3. In view of the particular fact, permission is granted to effect publication in any one of the issue of "Malaimalar" having circulation in Tiruppur District on or before 24.04.2026 for the hearing on 03.06.2026. Call on 03.06.2026.
