The tender notice dated 28.05.2004 is sought to be quashed in the present writ petition.

2. The impugned tender notice was issued inviting tenders for completion of certain works. On account of efflux of time, the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition did not exist as of now. This apart, at this length of time, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

purpose of impugned tender notice would have concluded and under these circumstances, this Court need not adjudicate the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
