This applicant has been filed by the applicant to grant interim injunction restraining the respondents 1, 3, 4 and 11 from carrying out any drainage laying or other work unilaterally in the pathway or passage to the
suit property thus interfering and obstructing the applicants access and enjoyment of the suit property pending disposal of the above suit.
2. According to the applicant, she is the plaintiff in the main suit and filed the suit for partition. During the pendency of the suit, she filed the application for interim injunction stating that the respondents are interfering with possession by damaging common pathway.
3. According to the respondents, the underground cable laying work got completed in the common pathway and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, that the cable laying work was completed, nothing survives for adjudication. According, this original application is closed. 06.02.2026 (1/2) mtl
