Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the issue of communication of the second respondent in No.F.6-1(II) 2006 (CPP-1), dated 19.08.2009 and quash the same and forbear the respondents from preventing the petitioner from using the word 'University'.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the issue of communication of the second respondent in No.F.6-1(II) 2006 (CPP-1), dated 19.08.2009 and quash the same and forbear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents from preventing the petitioner from using the word 'University'.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as Infructuous. However there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
